Design
Sales and estimate stage

We serve as an expert on the most economical use of precast/pre-stressed concrete products. Using our technical knowledge and prefabrication experience we can specify the most appropriate total structural solution adapted to your original architectural concept. This can help you to achieve structural efficiency, reduce costs and minimize construction time.
If you would like a quotation for your project, please send the following initial information to our sales department:
- architectural drawings (layouts and typical cross-sections) of your building and special technical requirements (loads, spans, openings, inserts etc)
or
- shop drawings of prefabricated elements, if your project is already designed with precast concrete method
After that we provide you with preliminary estimates and the most economical and efficient structural precast solutions tailored to your project specifications and budgets. Our technical solution commonly includes layouts of frame structures, elements’ sizes and shapes and typical connection details.

Structural design
Our designers complete supporting calculations and detailed shop drawings of precast concrete structures using the latest CAD technology and design tools.
Our design solutions are based on Consolis in-depth experience and pre-design work. In many cases, the design solutions are the outcome of in-house innovation in which Consolis is currently investing significant effort.
During the design stage we work closely with your architects and structural engineers to ensure that our precast project is designed correctly according to your requirements and all possible alterations are taken into account.
Manufacture
Our company manufactures high quality pre-stressed and precast concrete elements under strictly controlled factory conditions using the latest European technology.
Our production facilities are located in Moscow and Kolomna (100 km southeast of Moscow). The factories are equipped with modern production lines for hollow core slabs, walls and multifunctional structural production and have skilled and efficient staff. The products are manufactured according to rigorous European quality standards and design and production regulations of the Russian Federation (GOST, SniP). All our products are certified in Russia.
Transportation
We offer a reliable delivery service using our extensive experience in delivering prefabricated concrete products to the construction site, including special vehicles for transportation of oversize and overweight elements. We employ trusted transportation companies with knowledge of local regulations and many years of experience in transporting concrete products. We agree delivery dates and times with your site representative in advance and ensure that elements are delivered safely and on time.
Depending on your project needs, we can deliver our elements to your site using tracks, rail or barge transportation.
Supervision/Installation
Our company offers supervision or installation of complete prefabricated frame structures.

Our site managers supervise the installation of prefabricated concrete components carried out by the installation team of our Client
b) Installation
Our experienced sub-contractors complete placement and installation of each precast element as detailed on the shop drawings. The installation work also includes grouting the joints between the units.
