Betemi circular columns are produced automatically by shotcreting technique. The surface can be in grey troweled concrete or polished. It is possible to produce a variety of surface textures by using coloured concrete and different types of aggregates. In the latter case, only the final coat has to be of this more expensive material. Grey concrete can be used in the inner part.

Load-bearing or decorative columns are the main applications. The columns are generally one storey high. Their maximum height is 4 m and the maximum diameter 1.2 m. Also conical shapes can be produced.
