After all, the high preparation costs at the factory and the longer transport to the construction site have a detrimental effect on the life-cycle assessment.

3 Betony Ltd. is the main subcontractor of precast concrete for the Stadium in Lviv which is a 5th generation stadium and one of the newest in Europe. It was built according to all new requirements for UE FA stadiums which provide the development of new technologies in construction and information and digital areas. Most requirements will remain unchanged for the next 10 years. Lviv stadium has four floors, the first of which is designed for underground parking.

Statoil’s new main office for international activities. IT Fornebu won the Statoil contract in 2009 in competition with several other property owners in the Oslo area. The building will be a new and state of the art building and a landmark.

The Betonika “House 2010” concept for the construction of energy efficient one-family dwelling houses was introduced at the “HOME World - 2010“exhibition. HOME World 2010, is an exhibition for construction technologies and products and it was held in Kaunas, Lithuania (24-27 March, 2010).

This autumn, E-Betoonelement produced and assembled graphic concrete elements to Estonian Road Museum. This project was special because of its architecture. E-Betoonelement produced 22 different graphic elements based on 9 different black-and-white photographs.

In the Netherlands, capacity on the A2 highway running from Amsterdam to Maastricht is being doubled and on the busy stretch between Amsterdam and Utrecht five lanes are being built in both directions. As there is no question of holding up the traffic, almost all the bridges and viaducts are being built with precast beams.

Consolis has now been actively involved in the windmill business for more than one year. During this time, Consolis Hormifuste has worked closely with other partners in order to create the Consolis concept for precast concrete windmill towers. Many contacts have been taken with turbine manufacturers, the typical key players when speaking of wind farm projects.

Strängbetong, Sweden, receives large order of three residential projects for a total of 17 M€. The new projects - Lusten, Välgången and Lustgården - are located in Stockholm, Kungsholmen. They consist of four building lots: three blocks and a 25-storey tower blocks, the first of the city.
