Our company, ZAO Parastek Beton /Consolis Russia commenced element production in Russia in 1993 and became the first element manufacture to provide to the Russian market flexible, customized solutions based on precast concrete structures.
Being a member of Consolis Group, we have a unique ability to apply precast concrete concepts, products and innovative technologies developed by Consolis R&D Division and other Consolis Group’s companies operating all over Europe.
From residential houses to office buildings, from warehouses to production facilities, and from car parks to sport arenas, we provide our clients a total solution for their needs, which includes: conceptual and structural design, production and transportation of total precast concrete systems for different types of buildings e.g. total frame structure or façade solutions.
Our company also manufactures reinforced concrete components according to clients' own design specifications.
Our production facilities with modern wall production as well as multi-functional pre-stressing frame and hollow core slab production lines are located in Moscow and Moscow region (Kolomna). We manufacture a wide variety of precast and pre-stressed products that range from floors and structural components (hollow-core and solid slabs, columns, beams, stair flights and landings) to wall panels with architectural concrete finishes. All our products, which are manufactured in environmentally controlled plant conditions under rigorous quality control, are certified in Russia.
Our main market areas have been the city of Moscow and its surroundings. The company also has experience in delivering elements outside the capital region thanks to excellent road, rail and waterway connections to all parts of Russia, for example, our structural elements have been delivered to Kazan and Magnitogorsk, and facade panels to Siberia, thousands of kilometers from Moscow.
The company’s end customers are Russian developers, contractors and designers as well as foreign companies operating in Russia. We have built our reputation as a reliable partner having participated in more than 150 residential and non-residential construction projects for such companies as Ikea, Wrigley, Coca-Cola, FM Logistic, Stora Enso, Saint-Gobain, Heineken, Tikkurila, Nissan and McDonalds etc. In 2009 we successfully completed deliveries for the Golden Babylon Rostokino Shopping centre, the biggest project in the history of our company and one of the largest frame contracts for the Consolis Group.
